There were plenty of top three places for Pierce County runners at Tuesday's Prescott Invitational.

Spring Valley's girls won their third straight meet with the very low score of 29 led by Breanna Colbenson's 15:23 time. Prescott was second and Cannon Falls third.

Prescott senior Victoria Simones placed third in the meet with a time of 16:55.

Spring Valley's boys were edged out by Baldwin-Woodville 41-49. Cannon Falls was third.

Prescott's Troy Urman finished second in 20:12 while Spring Valley's Lance Snyder was third in 20:18.
