Spring Valley teen charged with child pornography
The Spring Valley teenager who was arrested on possession of drug paraphernalia and child pornography last month has now been charged with those crimes.
Lucas W. Danielson, 18, W1173 Maryann St., was charged Wednesday with one count of possession of child pornography and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia stemming from a Sept. 18 incident.
Members from the FBI, seven agents from the Wisconsin Department of Justice, Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) and four Spring Valley police officers along with a representative from the Pierce County Human Services Department raided Danielson's home that day where he was found along with his two younger siblings.
What officers found were more than 100 images and movies of child pornography from a computer and DVD at the home. Also found was methamphetamine paraphernalia.
Danielson was discovered through undercover work by the FBI, according to Spring Valley Police Chief Dan Burgess. The warrant for the search was issued in Madison.
