A Durand woman was uninjured after the mini-van she was riding ran off the road and struck a power pole Tuesday morning outside of Ellsworth.

Melissa A. Van Norman, 36, was traveling on US Highway 10, when she lost control and hit the power pole near Plummer Concrete. The Pierce County Sheriff's Department was notified of the accident around 7 a.m. The mini-van suffered damage to its front and sides.
