Victims identifed in semi accident near Menomonie
A search continued this morning for a Minneapolis man presumed dead after the semi-truck he was in plunged into the Red Cedar River off Interstate-94 near Menomonie. The driver of the rig was pulled from the river late yesterday morning. He's been identified as 25-year-old Batrodin Siyad of Minneapolis. His co-driver, 26-year-old Mohammed Malin of Minneapolis, was still missing at last word. Both were in a semi owned by Dashman's Transport of Lansing Michigan.
