WESTconsin ribbon cutting in Ellsworth scheduled for Tuesday
WESTconsin Credit Union announced last week a date has been set for a ribbon cutting to celebrate the opening of its Ellsworth branch.
The ceremony will be at 9 a.m., Tuesday, March 4 at Nilssen's Foods, 157 E. Main St., where the office is located. The event will be conducted by ambassadors and staff of the Ellsworth Area Chamber of Commerce along with credit union representatives.
Ellsworth marks the 11th community with a WESTconsin office presence. Members of the community will have access to full banking and lending services, including mortgage and business loans, checking accounts, certificates, Mobile Banking, and Online Bill Pay. The hours for the Ellsworth branch will be 9 a.m.-6 p.m., Mondays through Fridays and 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturdays.
WESTconsin Credit Union has been serving members since 1939, and membership is open to anyone who lives or works in the Wisconsin counties of Barron, Buffalo, Burnett, Chippewa, Clark, Dunn, Eau Claire, Jackson, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, Rusk, St. Croix, Sawyer, Taylor, Trempealeau, and Washburn, or the Minnesota counties of Anoka, Chisago, Dakota, Goodhue, Isanti, Ramsey, Wabasha and Washington.
