Anyone with information should call Oshkosh Police at 920-236-5700.
A new survey shows over half of Wisconsin parents are exceeding holiday budgets this year. The survey from BMO Harris Bank reports 85-percent of Wisconsin parents have a spending budget for the holidays, but end up taking on the additional debt. Parents with children younger than 10 were polled for the survey. 35-percent of those going over the limit say they felt social pressure to spend the extra money and celebrate this time of the year.
