The 21th-ranked Badgers held a potent Cougar’s offense, averaging over five hundred yards a game, to just 370 yards. White also snagged a five-yard touchdown pass from Joel Stave in the second quarter. Returning from a hamstring injury this week, safety Michael Caputo recorded 13 tackles and two sacks in the win.

With quarterback Aaron Rodgers out with a broken collar bone, Seneca Wallace has some big shoes to fill in today’s game with the Philadelphia Eagles. Head coach Mike McCarthy says while it’s tough to temporarily replace an MVP in Rodgers, he’s confident that the offense will continue to run a majority of its plays with Wallace at the helm. Meanwhile, some good news on the defensive side of the ball… linebacker Clay Matthews will likely be in the lineup today, along with defensive end Mike Neal. Packers and Eagles get underway at noon.

Former Milwaukee Bucks' guard Monta Ellis scored 18 points in last night’s 91-83 win over his former team at the Bradley Center in Milwaukee. An O.J. Mayo turnover with two minutes left in the fourth quarter helped the Dallas Mavericks secure the win. Mayo finished the night with a team-high 28 points and six rebounds.
