TOWN OF MARTELL: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 11/13/12

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at 8:00pm at the Town Hall, (W5581 US Hwy 63), a PUBLIC HEARING on the PROPOSED BUDGET of the Town of Martell will be held. That proposed budget in detail will be available for inspection at the home of the town clerk by appointment. All persons are encouraged to attend this hearing and be heard. The following is a summary of the proposed budget (see attached PDF file):

NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS OF THE TOWN OF MARTELL TOWNSHIP

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 immediately following the completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed budget which begins at 8:00pm at the Town Hall, a special town meeting of the electors called pursuant to Section 60.12(1)(c) of Wisconsin Statutes by the Town board for the following purposes will be held:

1. To adopt the 2012 Town tax levy to be paid in 2013 pursuant to Sec. 60.10(1) (A) of WI Statutes.

2. 2. To approve the total 2013 highway expenditures pursuant to Sec. 81.03 (3) of WI Statutes.
