PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that by virtue of a judgment of foreclosure and sale entered in the above entitled action on October 30, 2007, the undersigned sheriff of Pierce County, Wisconsin, will sell at public auction at the entrance to the Pierce County Courthouse, in the City of Ellsworth, Pierce County, Wisconsin, on May 6, 2008, at 9:00 AM, the real estate and mortgaged premises directed by said judgment to be sold, and therein described as follows:
A parcel of land located in Government Lot 1, Section 11, Township 27 North, Range 20 West, Town of Clifton, Pierce County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at a pipe which is set 130.55 feet West and 808.19 feet North of the Southeast corner of said Government Lot 1 as the point of beginning for parcel to be described; thence North 6°35' West a distance of 260.30 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 86°05' West a distance of 80 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 65°46' West a distance of 144 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 11°59' East a distance of 221.31 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 83°25' East a distance of 196.30 feet to the point of beginning; TOGETHER WITH a non-exclusive roadway easement for ingress and egress purposes as described in a quit claim deed from Victor Hagberg, Jr. and Gloria E. Hagberg to Charles F. King and Olga C. King, dated August 21, 1979 and recorded on August 27, 1979 in Volume 120, Page 563 as Document #271468. AND TOGETHER WITH an easement for beach use as set forth in Volume 72 of Records, page 698 as Document #248196. SUBJECT to a scenic easement granted to the State of Wisconsin, Department of Natural Resources as shown in the instrument dated February 8, 1979 and recorded February 14, 1979 in Volume 115, Page 626 as Document #268829.
