APPLICATION FOR RETAIL CLASS “B” LICENSE TO SELL INTOXICATION LIQUORS AND BEER

To the Town Board of the Town of Rock Elm, Pierce County, Wisconsin: The undersigned applies for retail Class “B” license to sell at the premises described in the application blank, in the Town of Rock Elm, County of Pierce and State of Wisconsin from the date of July 1, 2008, through June 30, 2009, unless sooner revoked, intoxicating liquors, as defined by subsection (8) of Section 125.02 of the Wisconsin Statutes at a retail subject to the limitations imposed by Chapter 125 of the Wisconsin Statutes and all acts amendatory thereof and supplementary thereto, and hereby agrees to comply with all laws, resolutions, ordinances, and regulations, state, federal, or local, affecting the sale of such liquors, if license be granted to the undersigned.
