Main Street, Ellsworth, WI 54011, on July 15, 2008 at 9:00 a.m., all of the following described premises, to wit: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Block 1, Village of Plum City, thence North 38 feet, thence North 74 degrees West 183 feet, thence South 32 degrees West 102 feet to the North line of said Block 1, thence East on the 1/4 line 231 feet to the place of beginning, said parcel lying within and being a part of the SW 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 22, Township 25 North, Range 15 West: Also the North 6.666 feet off the North side of Block 1 in the Village of Plum City, said parcel lying within and being a part of the NW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of Section 22, Township 25 North, Range 15 West, Pierce County, Wisconsin.
