APPLICATION FOR RETAIL “CLASS B” LICENSE TO SELL
INTOXICATING LIQUORS
AND BEER
June 1, 2008
To the Town Board of the Town of Isabelle, Pierce County, Wisconsin.
The undersigned applies for retail “Class B” license to sell at the premises described in the application blank, in the Town of Isabelle, County of Pierce and State of Wisconsin, from the date of July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009, unless sooner revoked, intoxicating liquors, as defined by subsection (8) of Section 124.02 of the Wisconsin Statutes at a retail subject to the limitations imposed by Chapter 125 of the Wisconsin Statutes and all acts amendatory thereof and supplementary thereto, and hereby agrees to comply with all laws, resolutions, ordinances and regulations, ordinances and regulations, state, federal or local, affecting the sale of such liquors, if license be granted to the undersigned.
