PUBLIC NOTICE

ORDINANCE NO. 585

An Ordinance to amend Section 12.06 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Ellsworth

WHEREAS, Subsections 12.06 (2) and 12.06 (3) require modification to make provisions of Section 12.06 consistent;

NOW THEREFORE, The Village Board of the Village of Ellsworth does hereby ordain as follows

Section 1. Subsection 12.06 (2)(d) is hereby repealed.

Section 2. Subsections 12.06 (2)(e),(f) and (g) are hereby renumbered respectively: 12.06 (2)(d),(e) and (f).

Section 3. Subsection 12.06 (3)(a) is amended to read as follows:

(a) Class “A” Retail License -

(Fermented Malt Beverages)

Section 4. Subsection 12.06(3)(b) is hereby recreated to read as follows:

“Class A” Retail License -

(Intoxicating Liquors)

Section 5. Subsection 12.06(3)(c) is recreated to read as follows:

“Class B” Retail Licenses -

(Fermented Malt Beverages)

(Intoxicating Liquors)

Section 6. Subsection 12.06(3)(f) is hereby amended to read as follows:

(f) “Reserve Class B” Retail License -

(Fermented Malt Beverage)

(Intoxicating Liquor)

Section 7. Section 12.06(3)(g) is hereby created to read as follows:

(g) “Class C” Retailer’s License

(Wine)

Section 8. This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication.
