PUBLIC NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Plan Commission of the Village of Ellsworth will meet on June 23, 2008, 7:15 p.m. at the Village Hall downstairs board room, 130 N. Chestnut St. (East rear entrance). The purpose of this meeting is for review and approval of the CSM of Dairyland Power Cooperative, East Business Way, on the following property:

Located in part of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 20, Town 26 North, Range 17 West, Village of Ellsworth, Pierce County, WI

The Plan Commission will make a recommendation to the Village Board on July 14, 2008, 7:00 p.m.
