Letter: Stark will work to restore constitutional framework, he says

TO THE EDITOR:
Our nation is supposed to be known as a Constitutional Republic.
To say otherwise is to deny its founding document and the people who framed it. The original 13 colonies declared, “We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.”
Another failed view being pandered today, that was defeated in World War II and the Cold War, is gaining popularity again. It is diametrically opposed to the founding document. Collectively, it is called socio-communism.
It has never failed to enslave people. Already, it has infiltrated this nation and has undermined our constitution. The thought of literal constitutional adherence is strange to many Americans.
This November, the people of the 3rd district have a choice to elect someone who will listen to us, and work to restore the constitutional framework. His name is Paul Stark. We keep hearing the word “change.” Paul Stark will demand a stark change in Washington. He will represent you; your needs and interests. He believes in independence; that America be self reliant in all aspects. He will work to put money in your pocket by stopping wasteful spending of your hard earned money and working for a fair tax system. Why are you paying the government 100 percent of your income as taxes from January-May? That is called servitude.
