Bids: Pierce County HP Equipment

INVITATION TO BID - NOTICE

Pierce County, Wisconsin is seeking bids to select a vendor to provide the county with HP equipment. Sealed Bids must be received by mail or hand delivered to Janet Huppert, Director, Pierce County Information Services Department, 414 West Main Street, P.O. Box 120, Ellsworth, WI 54011, by no later than 10:00 a.m., Monday, October 13, 2008, in a sealed envelope marked “Bid – HP Vendor”. The Pierce County Information Services Committee will review and award the bid, on Monday, October 27, 2008 at 7:30 a.m. at the Pierce County Courthouse/Annex, Emergency Operations Center/Room, 432 West Main Street, Ellsworth, WI 54011. The Invitation to Bid Specification documents should be obtained from Janet Huppert, Director of Information Services, 414 West Main Street, P.O. Box 120, Ellsworth, WI 54011, (715) 273-1122. Pierce County reserves the right to reject any and all bids regardless of conformity with the specifications. Furthermore, Pierce County may declare as valid any bid submitted despite its failure to adhere to the terms and conditions stated in the specifications/bid form. Pierce County reserves the right to using reasonable business judgment to negotiate with a respondent whether or not its submittal is deemed to be the lowest responsive and responsible bid. Pierce County is bound only upon the signing and execution of a formal written contract.
