Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, November 11, 2008 at 7:30 P.M. at the Trenton Town Hall, a PUBLIC HEARING will be held on the PROPOSED BUDGET for 2009. The proposed budget in detail is available for inspection at the office of the clerk (792-5218) by appointment. It is the right of the citizens of the Town of Trenton to attend this hearing and provide written or oral comments and ask questions regarding the entire budget of this town.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE

TOWN OF TRENTON

Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, November 11, 2008, immediately following completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed budget which begins at 7:30 P.M. at the Trenton Town Hall, a special town meeting of the Electors called pursuant to Section 60.12(1)(c) of Wisconsin Statutes by the town board for the following purposes will be held:

1. To approve the year 2009 highway expenditures pursuant to

Section 81.01(3) of Wisconsin statues.

2. To approve the 2008 town tax levy to be paid in 2009 pursuant

to Section 60.10(1)(a) of Wisconsin Statutes.
