APPLICATION FOR CLASS “B” LICENSE
TO SELL INTOXICATION LIQUORS AND BEER

To the Town Board of the Town of Trimbelle, Pierce County, Wisconsin: The undersigned applies for retail Class “B” license to sell at the premises described in the application blacnk, in the Town of Trimbelle, County of Pierce and State of Wisconsin from the date of July 1, 2008, through June 30, 2009 unless sooner revoked, intoxicating liquors, as defined by section (8) of Section 125.02 of the Wisconsin Statutes at a retail subject to the limitations imposed by Chapter 125 of the Wisconsin Statutes and all acts amendatory thereof and supplementary thereto, and hereby agrees to comply with the laws, regulations, state, federal, or local, affecting the sale of such liquors, if license be granted to the undersigned.
