YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a replevin action has been issued to recover possession of the following described goods and chattels to-wit: 2003 Ford Ranger ID# 1FTZR45E33PA64330 of which the Plaintiff is entitled to possess, but which you have unlawfully detained from the said Plaintiff.

NOW, UNLESS YOU SHALL APPEAR in the Circuit Court of Pierce County at the Pierce County Courthouse, 414 West Main Street, West Courtroom, Ellsworth, Wisconsin, 54011 before the calendar judge or any other Judge of said Court to whom this action may be assigned for trial according to the law, on December 15, 2008, at 10:30 a.m., Judgment will be rendered against you for the delivery of said property to the Plaintiff and for damages for the detention thereof and for costs as provided by law.
