PUBLIC NOTICE
The Plan Commission of the Town of El Paso will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 4, 2009, 7:00 p.m. at the town hall, N5325 450th St, Ellsworth, WI. The purpose of this hearing is to discuss a petition from Paul Nielson for a variance for an accessory residence on the following property located in the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 17, Township 26N, Range 16W, Town of El Paso, Pierce County. The above request is pursuant to ยง17 (4)(d), Ord. 2005-1, Plan Commission.
All interested parties are asked to attend.
