Chloe Johnson (deceased), and any persons who may have or claim an interest in the within described premises,

To each person named above as Defendant:

You are hereby notified that the Plaintiff named above has filed a lawsuit or other legal action against you.

Within forty (40) days after February 25, 2009, you must respond with a written demand for a copy of the Complaint. The demand must be sent or delivered to the Court, whose address is Pierce County Courthouse, 414 W. Main Street, Ellsworth, Wisconsin, 54011, and to Robert L. Loberg, plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 359 West Main St., Ellsworth, Wisconsin, 54011. You may have an attorney help or represent you.

If you do not demand a copy of the Complaint within forty (40) days, the Court may grant Judgment against you for the award of money or other legal action requested in the Complaint, and you may lose your right to object to anything that is or may be incorrect in the Complaint. A Judgment may be enforced as provided by law. A Judgment awarding money may become a lien against any real estate you own now or in the future, and may also be enforced by garnishment or seizure of property.

This matter affects title to the following described parcels:

Parcel A: This parcel is described as follows:

A Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4/NW1/4) of Section 2, Township 24 North, Range 18 West, described as follows: Commencing at a point where the South line of said forty and the East line of the State and Federal Highway which runs along the West side of said forty intersect, thence North 707 feet along the Easterly line of said highway, thence East 70 feet to the point of beginning, thence East 27.47 feet to the West line of Certified Survey Map in Vol. 5, pg. 67; thence North 134.00 feet; thence West 27.47 feet, thence South 134.00 feet more or less to the point of beginning

Parcel B: This parcel is described as follows:

A Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4/NW1/4) of Section 2, Township 24 North, Range 18 West, described as follows: Commencing at a point where the South line of said forty and the East line of the State and Federal Highway which runs along the West side of said forty intersect, thence North 847 feet along the Easterly line of said highway to the point of beginning, thence East 70.00 feet, thence North 3.71 feet, thence West 70.00 feet; thence South 3.71 feet to the point of beginning.
