YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a replevin action has been issued to recover possession of the following described goods and chattels to-wit: 2003 Pontiac Bonneville ID# 1G2HX52K834102769 of which the Plaintiff is entitled to possess, but which you have unlawfully detained from the said Plaintiff.
NOW, UNLESS YOU SHALL APPEAR in the Circuit Court of Pierce County at the Pierce County Courthouse, 414 West Main Street, West Courtroom, Ellsworth, Wisconsin, 54011 before the calendar judge or any other Judge of said Court to whom this action may be assigned for trial according to the law, on March 9, 2009 at 11:00 a.m., Judgment will be rendered against you for the delivery of said property to the Plaintiff and for damages for the detention thereof and for costs as provided by law.
