Now unless you shall appear in the Circuit Court, Small Claims Division, Pierce County, located in the Courthouse, 414 West Main Street, Ellsworth WI 54011, before judge of said court to whom the said action may be assigned for trial according to law, on March 30, 2009 at 1:45 p.m., judgment will be rendered against you for the delivery of said property to me and for costs.
