PUBLIC NOTICE
The Town Board of the Town of El Paso will hold a public hearing on Tuesday April 14th, 2009, 8:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, N5325 450th St, Ellsworth, WI. The purpose of this hearing is to act on the Conditional Use Permit Application submitted by Paul Nielson for an accessory residence on the following property located in the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 17, Township 26N, Range 16W, Town of El Paso, Pierce County. The above request is pursuant to ยง17 (4)(d), Ord. 2005-1, Plan Commission.
All interested parties are asked to attend.
