Panther nine claim first victory

Ellsworth High School's baseball team won its first contest of the season Friday 2-1 over Amery at Brown Athletic Facility in Hager City.
Darren Georgakas was the winning pitcher, tossing a two-hitter. Tyler Regnier's RBI-sacrficie in the fourth inning was the difference int he ballgame. Regnier also had the save.
The Panthers had lost their first three games by a total of five runs.
