Jodell and John Marson of Elmwood and Loni and Joe Barnes of Alexandria, Minn., announce the engagement of their children, Joslyn Marson and Justin Barnes.
Joslyn has a Bachelors degree in International Studies and German from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and a Masters degree in Hospitality and Tourism from UW-Stout, Menomonie.
Justin is currently serving in the US Marine Corps in Yuma, Ariz.
An Aug. 28, 2009, wedding in Alexandria is being planned.
