Prescott man runs into power pole

A Prescott man walked away unharmed Sunday after the vehicle he was driving crashed into a power pole.

A Prescott man walked away unharmed Sunday after the vehicle he was driving crashed into a power pole.

Ryan M. Fedie, 29, was traveling on CTH E, south of Hwy. 29-35 in the Town of River Falls, when he crashed into the power pole, according to Pierce County Sheriff’s Deputy Chad Koranda.

The sheriff’s department was assisted at the scene by River Falls ambulance, fire and police. Koranda said Fedie was checked by the ambulance and was cleared.

No residents lost power, Koranda added. He also said the accident remained under investigation early this week.
