Shawn Carnahan, 32, is being held on a $75,000 cash bond.
He’s due back in court Friday on three felony counts – first-degree child sexual assault, child exploitation and causing a child under 13 to view a sexual act.
Authorities said Carnahan’s brother found the videotape and called police.
In it, prosecutors said he was having a sexual conversation with the young girl and then had the sex.
They said the tape was apparently made in 2004.
