SV Advanced Woods class rocks!
Brody Sotona, a junior at Spring Valley Middle/High School, built his own electric lead guitar from blocks of cherry wood. He purchased kits to install the electronic controls and did the wiring himself.
Brody Sotona, a junior at Spring Valley Middle/High School, built his own electric lead guitar from blocks of cherry wood. He purchased kits to install the electronic controls and did the wiring himself.
He spent many hours shaping the guitar body and installing the neck of the guitar. He stained the body a deep mahogany color and finished with polyurethane. After installing the strings and adjusting the tuning, Brody played several songs for the class. Very nice project, Brody!
