It’s not known what substance caused the positive test, so far neither Henderson or his agent have commented on the suspension or if he plans to file an appeal.
Henderson is a second year player out of Maryland and the younger brother of Vikings linebacker E.J. Henderson.
He will be suspended for the team’s final three games of the regular season and the team’s first playoff game, eligible to return the day after the team’s first playoff game. The Vikings activated Jeremy Leman from the practice squad to take Henderson roster spot.
