34-year-old Rebecca O’Malley-Tietz of Prescott is charged with first-degree child sexual assault, after she allegedly had sexual contact with the boy up to 40 times in 2007-and-’08. She told investigators the boy forced her to have sex, and the contact was non-consensual.
O’Malley-Tietz was fired last year from the Harbor School in River Falls. Officials said there were numerous concerns about her relationships with students, parents, and staff members. She’s free on a signature bond, and is due back in court January 25th for a hearing on pre-trial requests.
