Wisconsin Sports
- The Culver Camp Randall Hockey Classic will take place today in Madison. The classic features both the men's and women's University of Wisconsin hockey teams, both top-10 squads.

MADISON - A crowd of 50,000 to 60,000 thousand is expected for today's Culver Camp Randall Hockey Classic in Madison.

So far nearly 53,000 tickets have been sold for the event as of Friday and organizer's are hoping good weather leads to good walk-up crowds. Forecasters say the temperatures will be in the mid- to upper-20s for the unique outside hockey showdown.

The Wisconsin women's hockey team hosts Bemidji State at 2 p.m., then the men take on Michigan at 5 p.m.

Wisconsin comes in ranked No. 3 in the nation with a 15-7-4 record, trying to get some measure of revenge for a 3-2 loss to the Wolverines in Ann Arbor earlier this season. The Badgers men lead the nation with 101 goals scored. Michigan is 16-12-1 overall.

The UW women are ranked No. 10 with a 15-10-3 record, 12-9-1 in the WCHA. Bemidji State is 8-13-7 overall and 7-8-3 in the WCHA. The Badgers will also play the Beavers on Sunday as well.
