Augsburg dominates NCAA regional

MINNEAPOLIS - The Mark Matzek-coached Augsburg College wrestling team easily won the NCAA Division III Great Lakes Regional Saturday in its home gymnasium.
The No. 1 ranked Auggies qualified nine out of 10 wrestlers for the national meet March 5-6 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and had seven champions overall.
Augsburg also won the team title with 224 points.

The was the first regional title for Ellsworth's Matzek, who is in his second year coaching the Auggies.
