NEW YORK - The Milwaukee Bucks have won four straight road games for the first time since December of 2005, after beating the Knicks in New York last night 83-67.
Andrew Bogut had 24 points, 20 rebounds, and five blocked shots, as Milwaukee out-scored the Knicks in the paint 50-to-35. The Bucks shot 43-percent from the floor, while holding New York to a season-low 34-percent.
The Knicks were up by two with 5:20 left, but Milwaukee went on a 12-0 run to seal the victory. Tracy McGrady scored 15 for the Knicks, who lost their seventh straight game and dropped to 19-36.
The Bucks’ victory moved them into a tie with Charlotte for the eighth-and-final playoff spot in the NBA’s Eastern Conference. And the Bucks can return to .500 for the first time in over three months, with a victory tomorrow night at home against New Orleans.
