Valley ends season with win over Elmwood

SPRING VALLEY - A long and difficult regular season ended well for Spring Valley's boys' basketball team as they beat Elmwood 60-47 Thursday.
Elmwood had no players in double figures while Valley had two, both Ted Anderson and Kyler Gotzman each had 16 points. Jesse McKune and Josh Pax each had nine points for Elmwood.
The Cardinals got the better of the Raiders for the first three quarters, building a 43-28 lead.
