PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of a judgment of foreclosure entered on October 20, 2009, in the amount of $356,886.27, the Sheriff will sell the described premises at public auction as follows:

TIME: April 27, 2010, at 9:00 o’clock a.m.

TERMS: 1. 10% down in cash or certified funds at the time of sale; balance due within 10 days of confirmation of sale; failure to pay balance due will result in forfeit of deposit to plaintiff.

2. Sold “as is” and subject to all legal liens and encumbrances.

3. Buyer to pay applicable Wisconsin Real Estate Transfer Tax.

PLACE: Pierce County Courthouse, located at 414 West Main Street, Ellsworth, Wisconsin.

DESCRIPTION: A parcel of land in that part of the Northeast One-quarter (1/4) of the Northwest One-quarter (1/4) of Section Thirty-three (33), Township Twenty-six (26) North, Range Sixteen (16) West, that lies South and West of the highway heretofore extending through said forty acre tract, as the same was used and traveled on January 26, 1901, described as follows, to wit: all that part of the above described parcel being South and West of the present town road extending through said forty as established and laid out in 1946. Said parcel lying in the Town of El Paso, Pierce County, Wisconsin. EXCEPTING therefrom that part thereof that lies within two boundaries of premises conveyed to the Town of El Paso by Deed recorded in Volume 219 of Deeds, on Page 290 as Document No. 179209.
