SACRAMENTO, Calf. - Tyreke Evans came up one rebound short of a triple-double, leading the Kings to a 114-100 win over the Timberwolves at ARCO Arena.
The point guard and NBA Rookie of the Year candidate had 29 points, 11 assists and nine rebounds to pace Sacramento over the Wolves who have lost nine in a row and 15 of their last 16 games.
Al Jefferson had a double-double, with 22 points and 10 rebounds for Minnesota, while Wayne Ellington chipped in with 15 points.
