ANAHEIM - Ex-Brewer J.J. Hardy belted his first homer for Minnesota last night, as the Twins won at Anaheim 5-to-3.
Joe Mauer and Justin Morneau also went yard, as the Twins avoided their first 0-and-2 start since 1994. Nick Blackburn got the win, and Jon Rauch threw a perfect ninth to get his first save.
Ex-Twin Torii Hunter went 3-for-4 with a two-run homer for the Angels.
