Gophers grids to play two night games this fall

MINNEAPOLIS - The University of Minnesota football team is set to play two night games at TCF Stadium this fall.
The Gophers' September 25th game against Northern Illinois has a 7:30 p.m kickoff time, while the clash against Ohio State on October 30th begins at 7 p.m. The nighttime starts were scheduled to allow for both games to be televised.
The only other kickoff time that's set is the season opener at Middle Tennessee State, which is scheduled to start at 6:30 p.m on September 2nd.
Student tickets for Gopher home games go on sale on Saturday, just before the football teams takes the field at TCF Stadium for the annual Spring Game this Saturday, also at TCF Stadium. Kick-off is at 1:30 p.m.
