Jake Daniel Mathis, delivered into this world May 26, 2010, at 11:47 a.m., and received unto the Lord May 26, 2010, 6 pounds and 1 ounce, 20 inches.
Beloved son of Rob and Heather (Hinzman) Mathis, brother of Malerie and Chandler, of Ellsworth, Wis.; maternal grandparents, Doug and Kathy Hinzman of Menomonie; and Bob and Rita Mathis and great-grandmother Valerie Mathis all of Jay, Okla.; uncle, Ryan Hinzman and fiancée Lindsay Rossner of Spring Valley; aunt, Theresa (Bob) Cornish of Coon Rapids, Minn.; uncle Tim Mathis of Holmen, Wis.; other relatives and friends.
Family and friends will gather from 4-5 p.m. Tuesday, June 1, at Keehr Funeral Home, Spring Valley, with a prayer service to be held at 5 p.m. with Rev. D. Peter Friberg officiating. Burial will be in the Cascade Cemetery, north of Nelson, Wis.
