Non-profit holds raffle

Tried and True, a non-profit thrift store located in Ellsworth, is celebrating their first-year anniversary. A raffle for in-store gift certificates was held. The first place winner was Carley Kinneman, age three. The second hand store accepts donations from the community. The items are sold to the public at a low cost. Many of the workers are volunteers.

Tried and True, a non-profit thrift store located in Ellsworth, is celebrating their first-year anniversary. A raffle for in-store gift certificates was held. The first place winner was Carley Kinneman, age three. The second hand store accepts donations from the community. The items are sold to the public at a low cost. Many of the workers are volunteers.

Some of the volunteers are acquiring job skills, some are fulfilling community service hours and other volunteer workers are giving back to their community.
