Wild's Bouchard cleared for work-outs
Minnesota Sports- Wild forward Pierre-Marc Bouchard has been given the go-ahead to begin working out after missing much of last season with a concussion.
ST. PAUL - Wild forward Pierre-Marc Bouchard has been given the go-ahead to begin working out after missing much of last season with a concussion.
Bouchard says he still feels symptoms of the injury, which happened before last season began and limited him to just one game The plan is for Bouchard to start slow with walking and riding an exercise bike. He wants to be ready to go when the Wild start training camp on September 17th.
Bouchard was the eighth overall pick in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft and signed a five-year, 20-million dollar contract with the Wild in the summer of 2008. He has 77 career goals in 426 NHL games.
