Friday at the Fair

An early morning of heavy rain not only left puddle and mud for Pierce County Fairgoers to avoid, but it also postponed the truck pull until Sunday afternoon at 1 p.m. and canceled the annual horse pull altogether. That left the grounds pretty quiet Friday night except for the familiar sounds of auctioneer Jack Hines and the 4-H/FFA Livetsock Auction in the Arena Barn where Bay City's Paige Nelson smiles as she displays her beef cow.
