Gopher's Gray settling in at wide receiver

- Head U football coach Tim Brewster has been working out reserve quarterback MarQueis Gray at wide receiver this fall. Brewster says Gray will remain the back-up signal-caller, but because he is one of the top players on the team, he also wants to make sure he is on the field and playing.

MINNEAPOLIS - The University of Minnesota football team continues with its fall camp on campus.

Head coach Tim Brewster has been working out reserve quarterback MarQueis Gray at wide receiver this fall. Brewster says Gray will remain the back-up signal-caller, but because he is one of the top players on the team, he also wants to make sure he is on the field and playing.

Brewster says starting quarterback Adam Weber has a firm grasp on the starting job. The team practices again today.
