Ellsworth man cited for disorderly conduct during Fair

Kyle R. Tharalson, 281 Sunset Lane, Ellsworth, was cited August 15 for an ordinance violation for disorderly conduct according to the Pierce County Sheriff's Department.

Tharalson attempted to exit the eastern gate of the Pierce County Fairgrounds during the Fair on a lawnmower. When told he couldn’t, he became visibly upset and attempted to drive off the roadway, around the workers and booth by the entrance to leave the grounds. One of the attendants stepped in front of Tharalson to try to speak to him. He didn’t stop and ran over her foot as she attempted to move out of the way.

He is scheduled to make his initial appearance 9 a.m. October 11 in Pierce County Circuit Court on the charge.
