MILWAUKEE - Phillie baserunner Wilson Valdez scored the go-ahead run on a bad throw as Philadelphia edged the Milwaukee Brewers 5-4.

The victory was the 17th of the season for Phillie starter Roy Halladay -- who gave up four home runs. Corey Hart had two, joined by Prince Fielder and Alcides Escobar. Ryan Howard and Jason Werth had back-to-back homers for Philadelphia. Hart was mired in a one-for-18 slump before going yard twice.
