EHS asks Ellsworth community to show support for Ike Taplin

Isaac Taplin has become the first Ellsworth runner to qualify for the WIAA State Boys' Cross Country meet in many years. Ellsworth High School is asking the Ellsworth community to show its support to Ike as he travels to the state meet this Saturday in Wisconsin Rapids.

Isaac Taplin has become the first Ellsworth runner to qualify for the WIAA State Boys' Cross Country meet in many years. Ellsworth High School is aksing the Ellsworth community to show its support to Ike as he head to the state meet this Saturday in Wisconsin Rapids.

You can show your support at the high school as the bus leaves at 1 p.m. Friday from the school on Plum Street or east on Main St. outside just after 1 p.m. and wait for the bus and cheer him on as it goes by.

Taplin's Division 2 boys race will be at 11:40 a.m. at The Ridges Golf Course.

Ellsworth High School wishes to congratulate Ike and wish him the best of luck in the state meet. Go Panthers! Go Ike!
