Gophers to try and pull off home upset against No. 10 Buckeyes

MINNEAPOLIS - The No. 10 Ohio State Buckeyes college football team visit the Twin Cities tomorrow for a game against the Minnesota Golden Gophers.

Ohio State has a few injuries on defense and will try to move to 8-1 on the season. Minnesota is 1-7 so far, after losing to Penn State 33-21 last Saturday at home. OSU starting running back Dan "Boom" Herron rolled up 75 yards in the first half last week against Purdue en route to a 49-0 win over Purdue.

Saturday's game marks the 50th meeting between the two schools. OSU owns a 42-7 all-time mark against the Gophers, including a 20-4 record in Minneapolis. The Buckeyes have also won seven straight against Minnesota and 23 of the last 24 meetings.
