Chippewa County District Attorney Jon Theisen says Dr. Brian Bohlmann, 46, who now has a Madison address, used his position as a medical professional at the prison to sexually assault the patients during medical exams.
Three men, aged 27, 28 and 39, complained about Dr. Bohlmann, saying the assaults happened in May and September of 2007.
Bohlmann faces five felony counts and one misdemeanor, with maximum sentences ranging from 9 months to 40 years if found guilty.
