Atlanta (Sports Network) - Al Horford and Josh Smith helped the Hawks snap a four-game losing streak, supplying 28 and 23 points, respectively, in a 111-105 victory over Minnesota.

Horford and Smith each had 10 rebounds, while Joe Johnson added 17 points and five assists for Atlanta, which had won its first six games of the season before hitting a cold stretch.

Kevin Love, coming off a memorable 31-point, 31-rebound effort against the Knicks on Friday, recorded 22 points and 17 boards for the Timberwovles, who had a two-game win streak broken.

Michael Beasley netted 25 points, and Sebastian Telfair scored 18 to go with eight assists in the loss.

Minnesota poured in three straight from behind the arc in the fourth quarter to chip away at the deficit, as Corey Brewer's three-ball had the visitors within 97-92 with four minutes to play.

Smith and Johnson stopped the momentum with back-to-back jumpers around a Telfair miss, and Horford added two at the foul line for a 103-92 game with 2:24 on the clock.

Atlanta made its final seven free throws down the stretch to seal its 10th straight win in the series.
